Het is december, de eerste dag van de maand: tijd voor een nieuwe poll. In de poll van de maand november vroegen we aan je welk beoordelingscijfer je Call of Duty: World at War geeft. Ongeveer 35% de 1519 stemmers vond de nieuwe shooter van Treyarch een 10 waard. Een kleine zeven procent gaf Call of Duty: World at War een onvoldoende. Nadat ik nu, eindelijk, World at War een weekendje heb kunnen spelen moet ik zeggen dat ik erg tevreden ben met de game. De singleplayer is degelijk gedaan (en bij momenten een grotere uitdaging dan Modern Warfare!) en de online multiplayer baadt in een ijzersterke WOII sfeer.
Gedetailleerde maps, degelijke physics & effecten (zoals water, explosies, 'gore').... Treyarch heeft een meesterwerkje afgeleverd! De attachements vallen goed mee, ookal erger ik me van tijd tot tijd nog steeds aan het feit dat men silencers/'acogs' en 'black dot sights' er tussen hebben gegooid.
Ik had deze game ook een dikke 9 gegeven. Net iets beter dan Modern Warfare naar mijn mening (mede door het feit dat het, naar mijn mening, een interessantere setting is en online zijn de meeste mappen stukken groter!). |

Singleplayer is er makkelijker op geworden, binnen 2 dagen speelde ik het uit op veteraan!
En CoD4 heb ik nog nooit kunnen halen op veteraan!
En de skins voor de wapens ontbreken 
Maar de rest vindt ik wel goed

| Cliffside is de beste!! Ik vind de rest ook leuk hoor maar soms zijn ze echt te groot! Met ground war 9 tegen 9 is het te doen. Tanks en die vervloekte honden konden ze voor mij weg laten. Top game! |

heb niet gestemd op de vorige poll omdat ik eerst de multiplayer goed wou doorspelen......
ben je lekker bezig (net rang 42 gehaald) zal je afsluiten komt dat rottige blauwe scherm in beeld (1 van die bugs dus).... alles kwijt en je begint weer bij rang 1.
eerst zoiets van 'nee hé" kan ik weer beginnen, maar al na het spelen van 2 mappen was ik al weer rang 6.
daardoor kwam ik al snel tot de conclusie dat de mappen van 5 wel goed zijn maar dat het veel te makkelijk spelen is (nog gemakkelijker dan cod 4), er zit helemaal geen uitdaging meer in.
als je als rang 3 zijnde begint aan een TDM en je eindigd bovenaan (gewonnen aan onze kant trouwens), je stijgt 3 rangen en de meeste spelers zijn al tussen de rang 20 tot zelfs 65 al en je owned ze allemaal met alleen een thompson dan word het gewoon saai spelen. (heb daardoor van het weekend maar weer COD2 van stal gehaald, weer een uitdaging)
heb in grofweg 3.5 uur spelen al weer rang 21 gehaald met de vingers in de neus dus eigenlijk is het een makkie om te spelen. (enigste uitdaging zijn de campers omdat ik nog niet alle plekjes weet te vinden om ze te killen)
beste map tot nu toe vind ik castle (ook op gestemd). |
